Gee BJJ offers FREE SHIPPING in the US on all orders over $100. International shipping cost varies according to the weight and destination of your order.
The chart below shows all the shipping services we offer with their estimated rates and estimated delivery times. Remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

*As of late 2015, USPS Priority Mail 2-Day delivery is now 1-3 days, depending on geographical location. Customers located in the San Diego area should expect to receive their order within 1 day; customers located in urban areas should expect to receive it in 2 days; and customers in more rural areas will receive it in 3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hawaii and Alaska customers also qualify for Free shipping, orders are shipped by USPS.
REJECTED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to KingzKimonos.com. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as canceled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
FREE EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (US orders only)
If your not satisfied with your order, you can return the order with a FREE return label for a store credit within 30 days of receipt, however, if the item has been washed or worn, this voids our return policy and is no longer eligible for return/exchange. If you opt for a credit card refund, $9.95 will be deducted to cover some of the return shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer discounted international rates to virtually any Country. Shipping starts at just $34.95 to select destinations.
*Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept returns that are in resalable condition as long as they are returned within 30 days of the shipment date. You may choose to exchange the item and receive a refund or a store credit. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Procedure

1. Eligible Return Items:
- Gis and rash guards can be returned within the eligible return window, provided they are in original, unused condition.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "customized" cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Window:
- Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
3. Return Condition:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Products showing signs of wear, tear, washing, or improper use (such as stains, excessive stretching, or damage due to training conditions) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back, including any necessary documentation.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refund Policy:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If the returned item shows any signs of improper use or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer store credit instead.
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items, except for defective products.
6. Non-Returnable Items Due to Damage After Use:
- Gis and rash guards that show damage after use—such as rips, tears, fading, or other signs of wear from training or washing—are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damage caused by improper care, such as incorrect washing or drying, will also disqualify the item from being returned.
- We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with each product to ensure its longevity.
Notes:
Returned items that are crumpled and not folded correctly, do not have tags, or packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee. The item will not be accepted as a return if it is in poor condition, dirty, washed, or worn. Restocking fees will not be charged for items returned in original condition. If you ship your item back to us before obtaining an RMA your return may be delayed. Store credits and refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and deemed resalable.
